BIOGRAPHY

Peter Squires is an Australian contemporary art photographer. He studied design at Swinburne University of Technology National School of Design. Following his degree, Peter worked as a graphic designer at various studios. During this time he gained experience in photography and art direction.

Following a trip to the Himalayas, Peter's passion for photography grew. He studied traditional film photography techniques, including printing and processing black and white film in the darkroom, and colour landscape photography.

Peter's eye for image making combined with his love of gardens, architecture and design led him to start Pete Squires Studio, providing garden and architectural photography while continuing to pursue his own personal art projects.
